The staff was very kind, on arrival we were upgraded to a room which had recently been renewed and was beautiful and quiet, even though it overlooked a wall. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

central location / Restaurant -Bar staff and night porter very professional and friendly. Not good value for money.
bath and No shower / No swimming pool / Reception staff not friendly - did not know much about the city/ Had a group of students staying and making uncontrollable noise from midnight to 4 am everyday / bedroom was not to the expected cleanlyness standard / smell of cigarette although we stayed on a non smoking floor

As I heard from the staff that the hotel will be close down for ever on December. For my self I like the location very much close to the real life in Athens. The staff looked very upset and breakfast very poor with very poor quality service.

We selected the hotel because of its location as we had meetings in the city centre

Clean rooms, good breakfasts, good dinning services. I do recommend this hotel but customers should be aware of the atttude and aggresiveness of some front desk clerks. We stayed five days off and on at this hotel. And this is not a Greek thing. We found the nice people in Greece.
The following is not a complaint but rather a fact. Some front desk clerks were not very helpful and easily got irritated when you asked questions or help. They certainly need customer relations education. They felt they were doing us a favor forgetting we paid for services. If they do not like the work they should not work they should look for employment elsewher. You certainly do not raise your voice to a customer.
